Paride (clown Pippo) married Alba Farini, who
was considered the author of this Orfei part’s success.
In fact,
in 1960 this family brought to life their own circus activity, become famous
as the Nando, Liana and Rinaldo Orfei’s Three Tracks
Circus in a few years.
In 1972 three Orfeis took part in a magnificent three tracks chapiteau, the 1001
Nights Circus, and few years later in Circorama.
That was the magic moment for the three brothers, who often appeared
on TV and acted various movies, such as Federico Fellini’s I Clown and
Amarcord.
In 1977 they separated.
Liana and Rinaldo created Circorama 2000 and the, respectively,
the Golden Circus and the Rinaldo Orfei’s Circus; Nando, together with his
wife Anita Gambarutti , created the Amazons
Circus that later became
Circo Nando Orfei , and recently the Dreams
Track.
Following the ancient family tradition, actually Nando Orfei, joined
by his three sons Paride, Ambra, Gioia and his wife Anita, has decide
to recreate a show that would like to represent a sort of search of its
own roots and, at the same time, a tribute to their good fellow Federico
Fellni: The Ancient Orfei Circus.
