"il Piccolo Circo del Sole" circus school arises from an idea of Ambra Orfei and has its starting point in experiences already tested in other European and U.S. cities.
This project is very interesting because it means to approach the public to a strange and charming reality of the circus, with a careful attention to children and young Milanese people.
Orfei family, who feels very enthusiastic about this project, will follow it personally, teaching the different disciplines directly to the children, supported by qualified circus trainers.
The school will take place inside a mobile facility (located in a proper area inside Idroscalo park); this facility will represent an important point of reference for Milanese community about sports and shows.
It’s well-known how long children stay watching TV and playing video games, because they haven’t any good and stimulating options to amuse themselves.
That’s why Ambra Orfei means to create a meeting point between circus culture and young Milanese people, merging them to a sport discipline that also offers a correct way of life, leaded by circus artists since ever.
Helped by creating a structured area, they can teach stage about circus art and its branches.
